Everywhere you look there are advertisements and stories about people who lost “30 pounds in 30 days!” or “100 pounds in 6 months!”. Most health experts would tell you that this is losing weight very quickly. Also makes you wonder why so many people need to lose so much weight, ah but that’s a topic for another blog….
